Welcome to Heartfieldhk 🧘‍♂️

Hello and welcome! Thank you so much for visiting Heartfieldhk. In an era dominated by social media, I am truly grateful that you have found your way to this space.

Heartfieldhk is a personal WordPress blog independently funded and hosted on an AWS server. It was created as a peaceful space to document my notes, insights, and lifelong passions—spanning Buddhism, meditation, yoga, and investment.
My mission is to log life experiences while sharing valuable information, knowledge, and spiritual wisdom with kindred spirits, especially those seeking inner peace amid a hectic city life.
